Marc Lesley MD
Has been involved in an array of catering establishments, from 5* hotels, Millennium & Copthorn, Hanover International & Macdonald Hotels where after finishing his Catering Management training he learnt his trade.
Marc has also been involved in the catering for professional sports clubs such as Catering Manager for London Scottish & Richmond Rugby Union, Head chef at Melwood Training centre for the Liverpool football players and has also worked at Everton Football club and most recently Catering Manager for the Frontline Centre in Wavertree Liverpool.
